Founded in 1987 in Belo Horizonte, Biosoft was born as a pioneer in electronic health records in Brazil and evolved to become a reference in medical artificial intelligence and laboratory quality control.

Founded in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Biosoft was one of the first Brazilian companies to develop electronic health record solutions, anticipating the digital transformation of healthcare by more than two decades.
From desktop to SaaS with AI
Over 38 years, we evolved from desktop systems to cloud platforms with artificial intelligence, always maintaining focus on clinical quality and regulatory compliance for healthcare professionals.

The beginning
Biosoft is founded in Belo Horizonte with the vision of bringing technology to the medical office. We developed one of the first electronic health record systems in Brazil, beginning a journey that would transform healthcare.
QualiChart is born
Launch of QualiChart, internal quality control software for clinical laboratories. With Westgard rules and Levey-Jennings charts, it quickly became a reference in the Brazilian market.
Consolidation and growth
Decades of experience with electronic health records and quality control establish us as a market reference. QualiChart surpasses 1,000 laboratories and the clinical system reaches thousands of physicians across Brazil.
Digital transformation
Full migration to the cloud. Both platforms gain web access, automatic backup, and scalable infrastructure. QualiChart also becomes 100% online.
MEDC is born
Launch of MEDC, an intelligent management system with specialized medical AI. Automatic transcription, AIva virtual assistant, and smart health records in one revolutionary platform.
